With StratusCM, you can easily upload and retrieve your meeting minutes, sign-in and agenda sheet while adding special considerations when needed. You can view all PDFs in the summary log view. This allows users to cite previous meetings where needed to collect information or reference as-needed.

Essentially within StratusCM you are creating a digital record of all project meetings and are able to distribute to each team member. This is a more organized approach than collecting papers and filing away for difficult retrieval down the road. You can choose the permission setting for those on your team with regards to meeting minutes to ensure only those you want are viewing or making changes.
